5 stars for everyone at Newport Beach Dental. Dr Alder is super friendly and does a great job and all his staff are excellent. They're always very timely and prompt and I've never had to wait long to be seen. My only criticism is that because they're such a great office, they're in very high demand and it can take a while to get an initial appointment. Besides that, I've had a great experience.
Overall a great dental office. It’s very clean & the staff is professional. Sue is a gem! She made us feel so comfortable & is very knowledgeable when it comes to dentistry. It’s nice to walk into an appointment to a kind, friendly, helpful person at the front of the office. She was so good with my kids & made them feel safe. We will be back!
Dr. Lance Alder is the best dentist in the world! He is very gentle, kind, and professional. We have been seeing him for many years now and wish we had found him earlier. We have recommended him to our friends and neighbors and they all love him too. All his staff have been very nice as well.
I'm a new patient to this practice and can honestly say it has been the best experience I have had at the dentist. Beginning with the ladies at the front desk who are so welcoming and helpful. Laura did such a great job taking my xrays. This is the part I dread the most when going to the dentist, and she made it so easy. Dr. Alder was so honest with his assessment of my teeth that I felt at ease. Definitely not pushy with treatment as I have experienced in other offices. I highly recommend this office.
Suzanne is an amazing dental hygienist. I’ve been going to Dr. Alder for almost 20 years now. I can’t say enough about this dentist office. The front desk and all the staff, are amazing and professional. I have sent over five of my friends to this office, and they all are so happy with the service and professionalism. Dr Alder is a fantastic dentist! And I would recommend him to everyone i know!
My wife had some rather challenging dental work that needed to be done, and after careful consideration, we chose Newport Beach Dental for her treatment. Dr. Alder always spent so much time explaining the recommended treatments and answering our questions. My wife and I both always felt like she was his only appointment because he took time to ensure her pain was well managed and that she was as comfortable as possible. I cannot recommend Newport Beach Dental highly enough.
My wife and I have been going to this office for many years and LOVE it! The staff is kind and thoughtful, and Dr Alder always greets us with a smile. The dental hygienists are the real treat. I can mumble something to them and they seem to know what I'm saying. Go figure! My insurance does not cover so I'm particular and yet wouldn't go anywhere else.
The entire staff is TOP NOTCH! But Krysten really made me feel so comfortable. She helped answer any questions that I had and made the entire process so easy! She immediately put my mind at ease (I’m always so nervous about finding a new dentist) but she just made the whole visit easy. The rest of my visit was very nice and a great experience. 10/10 would recommend!
